Sept2021 – Updated lot maintenance resolution passes

With overwhelming support from owners and the board, the 2006/2007 lot maintenance resolution has been replaced with a new updated version.

Basically, it states that lots, vacant or improved, are to be mowed (landscaping maintained) AT LEAST once a quarter (every 3 months).

Failure to do so could result in an initial fine of $150, plus additional monthly fines to be determined by our fining committee.  Obviously most owners maintain their lots weekly in “growing” season and less often throughout the year.  This resolution is primarily intended to address vacant lot scrub growth and a few homeowners that fail to minimally maintain their front yards.

See the entire contents of the resolution on on the DOCUMENTS page.
