The Architectural Control Committee meets on an “as needed” basis to review new construction and/or existing modifications as well as addressing resident complaints. The Committee has the exclusive right to approve or deny any architectural plans, materials, landscaping, grading, or other improvements to be constructed on any lot. If there is a conflict with St. Johns County Ordinances, the County would prevail.
