We are making modifications to the water plant to improve performance and reliability of delivery.

In short, well degradation and aging equipment have been straining to keep up with recent community growth (and summer irrigation).  Over the next few weeks, we will be taking steps to improve well volume (increased water flow) and replacing problematic pumps and valves where needed.

Reminder: If you do not have an irrigation well, please consider installing one.  It “could” save you hundreds of dollars each year on your annual assessment.   Also, please cut back irrigation during September.  At the very least, please do not exceed the 2 allowed watering days per week.
