Highlights from the recent Porpoise Point Board Meeting

the (top3) following issues/items/subject were discussed at this months board meeting:

 

Rentals: All owners are reminded of the following covenant restrictions:

1-rental agreement length – MINIMIM 6 months

2-MAX of 4 unrelated people in any dwelling

3-Submission of renters names and contact info to JAN including rental agreement

 

Note: the board understands there are varying situations, most of which are fine, however remember PP is a single family residential neighborhood.  No weekly or monthly rentals allowed.  Contact info is needed to alert renters of safety notices such water boil/restriction notices,

 

Storm Cleanup: All property owners (including vacant lot owners)

are reminded they are required to MAINTAIN their property, which includes:

1-removal of trash and debris

2-removal of dead or damaged tree/bushes/plants

3-removal or repair of damaged exterior items such as fences

 

Note: the board understands some cleanup will take longer than others.

Please begin/continue the process with completion by February in mind.

Also: DO NOT place YOUR DEBRIS on someone else’s lot (even if it is empty).
