In addition to the previous post recognizing our newest board member and YOTM director, the following also occurred:

• Base HOA annual rate modified from $300/yr to $420/yr.  This represents a $10/month increase to cover reserve requirements vs a larger special assessment.   See FAQS for more info.
• Even with this modest increase, all our rates continue to be the lowest in the county.
• The rate structure was also simplified, combining the low and mid level tiers.  90% now pay the LOWEST rate (no surcharge).  No changes made to surcharges for >600avgd.  
• The format of the owners directory will be improved.  REMEMBER: this directory is for owners reference only, to contact residents of water or safety issues, and may not be used commercially.
• Numerous water system upgrades occurred in the past fiscal year, we appreciate everyone’s patience as the pressure issues and piping issues were resolved.
• Looking ahead to the coming year, only 1 major upgrade is planned – improving our internal pressure tank.   “Probably” to be performed AFTER storm season.  More info coming when available.
