Long time Director and Water Committee member, Ed Raffianellio (and wife Lisa), have sold their Genoa home and are in the process of building a new one near by. As a result, he has resigned his roles with the PPHOA. Luckily, just in case we need him, he just moved across the street for 2020 until construction is completed… We thank you Ed for your years of service!

Tim Valley agreed to replace Ed as Water Committee chairman late last year. Subsequently the board agreed that Tim should also take Ed’s place as a director. We thank you Tim!

Additionally, Chuck Gardner has volunteered to be on the Water Committee and we welcome Chuck!
